Terms & Conditions
All properties are individually owned and are operated by M3B Management Ltd (M3B). M3B requests that all guests acknowledge they have read and understood the following terms and conditions prior to committing to a reservation.
PAYMENT:
Payment may be made by:
Certified check or money order
Visa
MasterCard
All funds quoted are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST unless otherwise stated.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 20% of the total amount of the vacation is due upon booking.
Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival.
If booking is made within 30 days of arrival 100% of vacation value will be required.
CANCELLATION:
No refund within 30 days of arrival.
30 days or more before arrival: Loss of deposit paid.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in: 4:00 p.m at 1 Mountain View. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us to confirm availability. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m please advise us to ensure we are available to meet you.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
No reimbursements for late arrivals or early departures.
MINIMUM STAY:
A minimum 2 night stay is required for all reservations. A minimum 3 night stay is required for reservations that include any date between December 24 and December 31 inclusive.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The maximum occupancy of a property is limited to the lesser of the number beds available (double, queen or king beds counting as 2) or 10 persons in accordance with Fire safety regulations. Full details of all guests staying overnight in the property must be provided to M3B.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
The lead renter must be over the age of 25 years and must occupy the property for the duration of the stay. Any reservation made under false pretences will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and deposit, and the party will not be permitted to check-in, or the party will be required to leave the rented property.
ACCEPTABLE USAGE:
All properties are privately owned vacation homes and guests are asked to treat them and their contents with respect. The following should be observed during the stay:
The sub-renting of properties (including selling tickets to gain access) is not permitted
No organized functions or events are permitted without the prior written consent of M3B
Guests should be cognizant of neighboring properties and avoid creating disturbances of any kind.
Please note, guests may be refused entry or even asked to leave should any inappropriate behavior be observed, in such circumstances no refund will be provided.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Pre-authorization of a credit card to the value of $500 will be required upon check-in as a security deposit. To ensure the property condition and contents are accurate and in good order an inventory check will be completed upon guest arrival and again upon departure. All damage, breakage or theft caused by the guest, or his or her associates, to the chalet as well as any additional housekeeping and maintenance fees that are required to restore the original state of the chalet, will be billed to the guest’s credit card. A written notice of the amount billed to the credit card will be issued to the guest, should any of the above take place, before or after billing. The security deposit pre-authorization will be released upon check-out providing the property is left in a satisfactory condition.
SMOKING POLICY:
All properties are strictly non-smoking.
PETS:
We regret no pets are allowed in the properties.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Housekeeping is carried out prior to and following the stay. There is no daily housekeeping, although this service is available on request at additional cost. Please note 24 hours notice will be required for all additional housekeeping.
Vacation homes are supplied with a starter pack of dishwashing detergent, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels and bathroom toiletries. It is the responsibility of the guest to purchase additional supplies during the stay.
Snowclearing
Driveways will be cleared upon arrival and additionally when we receive 2 inches of snow or more. If you require extra snow clearing additional charges will apply. We do not provide a towing service it is the responsibility of the guest to arrange towing. if you have a rental vehicle contact the emergency road side assistance provided by your rental provider.
FORCE MAJEURE:
M3B and/or property owners cannot be held liable for any and all events impacting a guest’s stay that are outside of their control, this includes but is not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions, wars, insurrections or interruptions of utilities (such as electricity, telephone, water, satellite TV or internet services).
Please note that M3B strongly recommends that guests acquire comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip interruption or cancellation (which would include weather or transportation problems) as no refunds will be provided for delayed or non arrival outside of the refund policy described above.
LIABILITY LIMITED :
M3B acts as an agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf.
M3B reserves the right to transfer guests to alternate accommodation, at its sole discretion, should the reserved property become unavailable for any reason. Prior notification may not always be possible.
In any event, compensation will limited to a refund not to exceed the total value of the rental.
